You may have seen mentions across the platform and our website about “no vendor lock-in” and would like to know what this means for you as one of our users.

Vendor lock-in means that businesses who are unhappy with their current logging solution can't easily switch to another provider that meets all of their requirements.

Logit.io also does not implement vendor lock-in fees, unlike many other platforms in the marketplace.

Our team would much rather that your needs are fully met with our platform than use penalisation fees from vendor lock-in in the event that you need to switch to a different service that more closely meets your requirements.

If you have any questions about this or wish to discuss how our platform could better fit your needs, feel free to reach out via live chat or email support@logit.io
